We’ve just published our autumn brochure for our four parishes, in which you’ll find:
- Arrangements to prepare for your child’s baptism in October
- Arrangements for First Holy Communion in 2024
- Young Disciples – our new pathway to young people’s Confirmation
- Services in November to remember our loved ones
I’d especially like to invite you to “Discovering Christ” which launches this week – Mondays 12.30 to 3 pm in two venues (All Hallows Hall, and the Cwm Farm Shop in Treorchy) and on Thursday evenings 6.30-9 pm at the Pick & Shovel opposite St Dyfrig’s in Treforest. Have you ever wondered if there’s a deeper meaning to life? What has Jesus got to do with everyday life anyway? We offer you a free meal and a safe space for conversation. People of any and no faith are all welcome. To discover Discovering Christ you can book online but you can also just turn up for a good meal and a warm welcome. Why not try Session 1 this week?
”It helped me to view things in ways that I hadn’t thought of. I am more at ease to discuss my faith.”
“It did move me, gave me new outlook on my faith. Great to speak to others on a deeper level on faith.”
Participants on a recent Discovering Christ in Cardiff.
Wishing you every blessing,
