The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Learning and Development Team are hosting a coffee morning for those with lived experience of dementia – including those with a diagnosis and their families / carer. They are keen to talk with them about the regional intended approach using Teepa Snow as a care model.

This will take place at Ty Elai, Williamstown on October 13^th from 10:30am-12noon. There will be tea and cake provided, and they are keen for as many people as possible to attend.
