Cwm Taf Care and Repair are currently working on their corporate plan for the next 3 years and it is really important that they hear from older people and their carers living in Rhondda Cynon Taf & Merthyr Tydfil on what is important to them to enable them to live at home safely and independently in the future.

Responses will assist Cwm Taf in developing their services over the next 3 years.
