The Chaplaincy at Worth School in West Sussex is currently recruiting young people to join the Forerunners team.

Forerunners live in a small community onsite at Worth Abbey. They receive ongoing formation and support from the Worth School Chaplaincy team and the Worth Abbey monks for their Christian journey that is firmly rooted in the Benedictine tradition. Forerunners also commit to praying, worshipping and studying God’s word together and individually. As an overflow of their formation, Forerunners take part in mission as Youth Ministers at the school. As well as free accommodation and meals provided during term time, Forerunners also receive a small salary. The usual commitment is for two years, although one year is also considered.
