The Governors are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic, with wide ranging school
leadership experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, fully committed to the academic success, care and welfare of all our pupils and staff. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to articulate a Catholic vision of teaching and learning that meets the needs of our diverse cohort. The Governors are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate a relentless drive to pursue and achieve the highest standards and a desire to develop and extend the already strong links with parents, governors, and parish community. The ideal candidate models Catholic gospel values in their relationships and work with children and adults alike.
