Our Lady’s R C Primary School are seeking to appoint a SENDCo with experience of working with pupils with a range of additional needs and a good knowledge of the SEND agenda. The candidate should be passionate about making learning effective and enjoyable for our most vulnerable pupils. You do not have to be a Catholic to teach at our school; all we ask is that you uphold our Christian values.
Our Lady’s School is seeking someone who:
- Has a proven track record of raising outcomes for all pupils, especially those with Special Educational Needs and Disability across the school.
- Has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills and will further develop the role of SENDCo.
- Works effectively as part of a team and in collaboration with school leaders to support staff.
- Is someone who supports and promotes the Catholic ethos of our school.
