The Naked Truth Project is has two upcoming online workshops, aimed at helping parents, guardians and carers talk to their children about internet use and pornography.
The Naked Truth Project says, ‘If you are a parent, you are likely to be aware of the challenges and changes of the internet, but may feel uncertain about how to help your kids navigate it safely – especially if you feel like your kids know their way around the internet, tablets, and apps better than you! And so the conversation gets avoided. We get it – it’s easy to be overwhelmed by the vastness of this digital landscape and the thought of talking to your kid about it all! That’s why we run regular FREE online workshops for parents; we’re working to see 100% of parents talking to their kids about porn.’
The first workshop, which will take place on September 17th at 7.30pm, is geared towards those caring for children aged 8-11, while the second workshop, taking place on October 15th at 7.30pm, is aimed at those caring for children aged 11-18.
