Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Care for the Family are looking for an organised, proactive
and methodical individual to be part of their bustling Strategic
Engagement Team. The candidate will be supporting the team in
implementing business-critical objectives that involve engaging our
existing audiences and reaching out to untapped audiences,
predominately via our website, social media pages and using our
customer relationship management (CRM) system, Dynamics 365.

Strategic Engagement Telemarketing Team Member 

Hours: 185 Hours per annum
Location: Remote
Salary: £15.60 per hour
Duration: Fixed Term, 1 Year
Closing date: Friday 18 October 10.00 am

The role of the Strategic Engagement Telemarketing (SET) Team Member
is to be the voice of Care for the Family to our valued supporters. The
SET Team Member will make outbound calls to supporters with the aim
of encouraging event attendance and word of mouth event promotion,
therefore, increasing the reach of Care for the Family into the local
community.
